What do I do?
I assist and facilitate companies to make strategic decisions to achieve better results. I am a firm believer in thought leadership, problem solving and data-driven decision making, hence my aim is to bring business insights for my clients and to work with them and their stakeholders to reach the right outcome for their organisation.

What is it like to work with me?
The basic tenet of my approach is to work with a variety of people, understanding issues, sharing analysis and jointly developing solutions. I bring experience gathered from a wide variety of engagements., always keeping in mind that my clients are the experts on their own organisation. I love working with people who develop and improve my understanding and view on the world.

What is my story and background?
I am an engineer by degree, management consultant and lean practitioner by profession, with strong industry knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments), NHS (Community care, CCGs, Occupational Healthcare), Logistics, Broadcast Media.

Have gained experience in various high-profile strategy and change management projects (including lean transformation, activity value analysis, sales force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, customer strategy, customer experience, organisational design and target operating model work)

I am an accredited trainer by HRDA,and EBRD qualified consultant. I have created and delivered training as part of the Atos and the BBC Academies in the areas of lean management, cultural transformation, strategy and sales in the UK. In Cyprus I have coached in entrepreneurship and taught young entrepreneurs in strategy, sales, marketing, HR and operations.

“The more you travel, the more you learn”. Have been lucky to have worked in various countries. I have worked with international teams in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, England, Wales, Scotland, India, Bahrain, Cyprus.

Orchestrated company-wide rollout of the policy deployment project for across the organisation, starting from Director General level, defining the strategic objectives and training senior executives on policy deployment

Activity Value Analysis Finance Function for a global IT services organisation

Led Activity Value Analysis projects as part of the G&A Optimisation Programme in Finance including diagnostic of activity value analysis for the Finance function. Worked with the CFO and Finance Directors to generate ideas for implementation where overall, these ideas resulted in total FTE savings before reinvestment of 19% (conservative) and 27% (stretch)

Sales Transformation for global IT organisation

Worked as part of a Global consulting team on the eXpand strategic programme to support the ambition of the group to exceed 9Bn eu in revenue in 2013. Focused on transformation of sales operations in GBUs of BENELUX and UK&I by boosting sales efficiency and increasing customer facing time for Account Sales and Account Executive

Cost Reduction for leading UK logistics organisation

Worked for a National distribution customer, in a post merger environment, implementing cost analysis. Generated ideas for cost savings on reducing the cost base of 500 million by 40 million and defined benefits tracking methodology from inception (stage 0) all the way to realisation (stage 6) establishing an accurate understanding of the organisation on actual savings against potential ones

Healthcare operating model for the NHS

Assisted a Community Healthcare organisation in the NHS on moving to a centralised, localised and integrated model and shifting from an unplanned to a proactive model of care. Reviewed options to accommodate for an increase in capacity due to changes on the A&E admissions rates.

Lean Transformation in Financial Services

Led a team of 4 Lean transformation agents focusing on increase of production capacity by more than 25% across multiple teams. In parallel developed the company’s capability and culture so that further improvements have been, and continue to be delivered.

Restructuring IT - Telco

Worked for one of the leading Telco providers in the middle east, defining the new structure of the IT department around the process architecture, the organisational structure and the roles ans responsibilities
